Meet Vineetha V, the dynamic soul steering Vedhex Private Limited as its CEO and Managing Director. Hailing from the vibrant cultural backdrop of Madurai in Tamil Nadu, India, with deep-rooted ancestral ties to Kerala., Vineetha’s upbringing was a beautiful blend of traditions and aesthetics that molded her vision from the very beginning.
A proud alumnai of Amrita University Bangalore, where she honed her skills with a Bachelor of Technology in IT, Vineetha is a 3rd generation entrepreneur, and her entrepreneurial journey has sprouted early since she was at her college. She started herself as a blogger. She then started an e-commerce venture selling digital goods from 2009 to 2015, seeding her future endeavors. In 2017, her relentless passion and innovative spirit led her to dedicate two years to in-depth research, lead her in the establishment of ProudlyIndia.com.
Vedhex Private Limited is not just a venture for Vineetha; it’s a testament to her passion, a culmination of immense knowledge in e-commerce, and a reflection of her deep-seated aesthetic sensibilities. This venture is her second child, conceived from a philosophy deeply rooted in tradition and her love for technology. .

Prasad’s journey into digital marketing began at a time when the Internet was just gaining a foothold in Indian society. This unique timing, coupled with his training and experiences during the digital revolution, has been instrumental in shaping his deep understanding of online marketing dynamics and statistics.
Throughout his career, Prasad has successfully led numerous assignments and campaigns for esteemed brands such as HeroMotoCorp, Hindustan Unilever Limited, Pidilite Industries, Skoda India, Dr. Batra’s, Nutrela, and many more. Each brand presented new challenges and learning opportunities, enabling Prasad to hone his skills in SEO, content marketing, social media strategies, digital analytics, and more.

Irfan Kawchali is a renowned figure known for his dedication as an acclaimed speaker and business trainer. Starting his career as a tutor at his own coaching institute, Irfan quickly transitioned to a college professor role in 2002 after completing his master’s degree. His journey then led him to a management school, where he honed his expertise further. In 2010, he founded Udyog Guru Training and Consulting, through which he successfully revived 21 struggling units into profit-making enterprises. Over the years, he has worked with more than 100 companies as a business consultant and has conducted offline and online programs, reaching over a million people.
Mr. Kawchali’s entrepreneurial spirit extends to several parallel organizations, such as WETO (Women’s Entrepreneurship Organisation), which supports women entrepreneurs, and Big Class, aimed at coaching classes in Maharashtra. Additionally, he founded Be Job Ready for unemployed youths and the Business Ideal Network Group (BEING) to assist entrepreneurs.
Driven by a mission to elevate the handicraft business, Irfan offers free business coaching to women entrepreneurs and artisans. Recognizing that while artisans possess exceptional craftsmanship, they often lack business acumen, he has dedicated himself to supporting their growth. Through his guidance, many handicraft ventures have achieved significant success, transforming small artisans into thriving business owners.
